Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective September 30, 2026
Advertiser deposits
Funds added to an advertiser wallet are credited to the account balance and become available for campaigns immediately. A processing fee applies at the time of deposit and is non-refundable.
Funds used in active campaigns
Balances that have been allocated to or spent by active or completed campaigns are non-refundable. Once budget is consumed by delivered impressions or clicks, it has been paid out to publishers and cannot be recovered.
Unused balance on termination
If you close an advertiser account in good standing, any remaining unspent balance may be settled back to the original payment method, minus applicable processing fees, after a standard fraud and chargeback review of up to 14 days.
Publisher earnings
Publisher earnings that have passed validation are final and payable under the Payment & Payout Policy. Earnings linked to invalid traffic or policy violations may be reversed before payout.
Cancelling your account
You may request account closure at any time through support. Open campaigns are paused, pending payout requests are settled according to policy, and access is revoked once settlement completes.
Disputes
If you believe a charge or deduction was made in error, contact support within 30 days with the transaction details and we will investigate.
